Cookie Policy
Cookies let the store remember your bag and keep checkout secure, and help us understand how the site is used. Everything beyond the essentials runs only if you agree.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way. We use both, and this policy covers them together. Our use of cookies is governed by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and, where cookies involve personal data, by UK data protection law.
02
Your choice
When you first arrive we ask for your choice. Cookies that are strictly necessary are always on, because the store cannot function without them. Everything else is set only if you accept.
03
The categories we use
| Category | What it is for | Consent | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keep your bag, let you sign in, secure checkout and remember your cookie choice. The store cannot work without them. | No consent needed | Session to 12 months |
| Preferences | Remember choices you make, such as recently viewed pieces or display settings. | Only with consent | Up to 12 months |
| Analytics | Tell us how many people visit, which pages they read and where they leave, so we can improve the store. | Only with consent | Up to 24 months |
| Marketing | Measure our advertising and show you relevant pieces on other websites. | Only with consent | Up to 24 months |

Essential cookies we set ourselves
- A consent cookie that records the choice you made on the banner, kept for 12 months so we do not ask again on every visit.
- A bag identifier stored on your device, so the pieces you add are still there when you come back to the store.
- Session and security cookies used while you are signed in and during checkout.
05
Cookies set by others
Some cookies are set by the services we rely on to run the store: our payment provider, for secure payment and fraud prevention; our hosting and store platform; and, if you accept them, analytics and advertising providers. Those providers process the data under their own policies, and we only allow the non-essential ones to run after you have agreed.
06
Personal information and changes
Where cookie data counts as personal information, it is handled as described in our privacy policy, which also sets out your rights and how to complain.
We may update this policy as the services we use change. The date at the top of the page shows the last revision.
