Who we are
This website is operated by My Store. These terms apply to every order placed through this website by a consumer. Please read them before ordering: by placing an order you accept them.

02
How a contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We will send an acknowledgement by email when we receive it; this is not acceptance. A contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has been dispatched.
If we cannot accept an order, for example because an item is out of stock, because an item is incorrectly priced or described, or because we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you and refund any payment taken in full.
03
Our garments
We describe every garment as accurately as we can, including fabric composition, care instructions and measurements. Measurements are taken flat and may vary slightly between pieces. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, and natural materials such as wool, linen and leather vary in grain and tone from piece to piece. Those variations are a feature of the material, not a fault.
Images are for illustration. Minor differences between an image and the garment delivered do not mean the item is faulty.
04
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where it applies.
- Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm and pay for your order.
- Payment is taken at the time you place your order, through our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
- Prices can change at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted.
- If an item is obviously mispriced, we may cancel the order before dispatch and refund you in full rather than supply at the wrong price.
05
Delivery, risk and ownership
Delivery options, prices and destinations are shown at checkout and explained on our delivery page. Unless we agree a different date with you, we will deliver within 30 days of the day the contract is formed.
Goods are at your risk from the moment they are delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.
06
Your right to change your mind
As a consumer you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you have changed your mind, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. Some items are excluded by law. The full procedure, the exclusions and the cancellation form are set out in our returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
07
Your legal rights if something is wrong
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not:
- within 30 days of delivery you can reject the goods and ask for a full refund;
- up to six months after delivery you can ask for a repair or replacement, and a refund if that is not possible;
- after six months you keep rights, but you may need to show the fault was present at delivery.
08
Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable at the time the contract was made.
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for your rights relating to goods that are faulty or not as described.
We supply our garments for domestic and private use. If you use them for a commercial purpose we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business or loss of business opportunity.
09
Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruption or failures of public networks. If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as possible, and you may cancel and receive a refund for anything paid for and not received.

Complaints, changes and governing law
If something has gone wrong, please contact us first. We take every complaint seriously and will respond as quickly as we can.
We may change these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
