Ordering
Choose your piece, select the edition you want, add it to your bag and go through to checkout. You can review everything in your bag before you pay.
The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout, based on where you are ordering from.
Write to us as soon as possible through the contact page with your order number. If the order has not been dispatched yet we will do what we can.
Yes — an order confirmation is sent to the email address you enter at checkout. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder before contacting us.
Delivery & returns
Available destinations, delivery options and costs are shown at checkout once you enter your address.
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. The full terms are set out on our shipping page.
Our returns and refunds terms, including the conditions and the window, are set out in full on our refund policy page. Contact us first and we will guide you through it.
Products & care
Each piece is offered in several editions. They share the same design and differ in finish and level of detail — the edition you choose is shown in your bag and on your order.
Care guidance is given on each product page, under Care. When in doubt, the gentlest option is the safest one.
